Request to Delete a Pyncil Account



If you like to request for your Pyncil Account & Data to be permanently deleted from the Pyncil platform, please follow the instructions below:

1. Create an Email using your Email Address/Mailbox that is registered with Pyncil

2. Ensure the email is address to: DeletePyncilAcc@nuzotech.com

3. Ensure your Email Subject is "Request to Delete Pyncil Account"

4. Once your email is received by the administration team:

(a) Your email address must be confirmed to be registered with Pyncil
(b) Your email must be sent to Pyncil by the same email address
(c) Email subject must be correct (see item 3)
(d) Content of your email must be correct (see item 5)

5. The Content of your email must contain the following request:



From: < your email address >

To: DeletePyncilAcc@nuzotech.com

Subject: Request to Delete Pyncil Account


To Pyncil Platform Administration,


My Name: < Please provide your name >

My Email address: < your registered email address with Pyncil >


My name is shown above. I am the owner of the email address shown above and the same email address on this email. Please delete my Pyncil account and my data that is registered with this email address.

6. Pyncil will require 4 - 8 weeks to process your email request.

7. An email response will be provided to you once your account is deleted.

8. Emails sent to the Pyncil Administration will be ignored if:

(a) It does not meet the criteria mentioned in 1 - 5 above
(b) email is from an unknown email address
(c) email content and subject is incorrect

9. No further email correspondence will be provided.
